My intention as a therapist is to create a safe, warm, and confidential space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. I approach therapeutic relationships through a client-centered lens that embraces non-judgment and compassion. I accept and welcome you wherever you are in your journey, with an open mind and heart. It is my honour to travel alongside and empower you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and resiliency, to achieve the self understanding, growth, and transformation that you, your child, or your family are seeking.

To ensure that the process of connecting is as seamless as possible for you, I offer in-person and in-home/in-community appointments to folks residing Vancouver, BC. I also provide remote sessions to individuals across Canada. Whether you are considering therapy for yourself, inquiring for a loved one, or seeking information, I invite you to reach out today.

My approach is eclectic in nature, rooted in trauma and attachment informed frameworks. I aim to provide holistic care that honours the mind-body-spirit connection. I work with a variety of modalities, some of which include: Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I specialize in grief and bereavement work, with a focus on supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I believe that the therapeutic relationship offers a unique opportunity to encourage deeper self expansion and understanding, while empowering clients to grow toward intentions that are important to them. Listed below are the key foundational values that guide my practice:
